Marketplace Operations Lead
TableTransfers is hiring a Marketplace Operations Lead to run the day-to-day of our restaurant-for-sale marketplace. You will own seller onboarding, listing quality, broker relationships, and buyer-side concierge. We're a small team — you will work directly with the founder. This role is the operational backbone of our highest-value product line.

Responsibilities:
- Own seller intake, listing quality, and listing turnaround time
- Manage relationships with 20+ restaurant brokers across the US, UK, and EU
- Run the buyer-side concierge service for paid subscribers
- Build and maintain the marketplace's process documentation
- Partner with editorial when listings need a Bottom Line writeup
Requirements:
- 5+ years in hospitality M&A, brokerage, restaurant private equity, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage many stakeholders and high-touch deal flow
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and small-team work
- Excellent written communication
- Familiarity with Pipedrive, Hubspot, or similar CRM tools
